There are three types of virtual consultations available. We advise you to choose the type of appointment most appropriate for the complexity of your condition. Please note that time is strictly adhered to.

• OTC25: This is a 25-minute consultation without written recommendations. This visit will be a review of potential underlying causes and the ways in which your body has responded. Prior labs may be discussed but aren’t reviewed at this appointment. Given the relatively brief nature of this type of visit, it is not advised for individuals with complex conditions. Cost: $450
• OTC50: This is a 50-minute consultation without written recommendations. This appointment type is ideal for a first visit to discuss moderately complex concerns. Prior labs may be reviewed during this appointment. Cost: $895
• OTC75: This is a 75-minute consultation without written recommendations. This appointment type is the optimal first appointment for someone with a significant complex history, and to discuss complex concerns. Prior labs may be reviewed during this appointment. Cost: $1350

During the initial New Patient Consultation, Dr. Rapaport explores your current symptoms and priorities to develop an outline of possible causes of those symptoms and potential treatment ideas.  Please be prepared to take notes as no written recommendations will be provided during the New Patient Consultation. The consultation fee covers Dr. Rapaport’s services, and does not include testing, supplements, or other treatments.

After the initial consultation, you may request follow up visits as needed, as either Appointments or Consultations. Appointments include detailed written recommendations which will be available in the portal after the visit. Consultations do not include written recommendations and are priced as above. Appointment charges are higher than consultations because they include time after the appointment for preparing written recommendations.

Please chose the visit length needed when scheduling as times are strictly adhered to. If the visit concludes and you need additional time, please schedule a follow up to address these additional issues. Payment for all consultations and appointments are due in full upon scheduling.
